- The trial of James Proulx, who is facing reckless driving and felony assault charges in connection with a June 16, 2007 incident involving state Trooper Brendan Doyle. While off duty, Doyle confronted Proulx for driving recklessly and Proulx punched Doyle in the face, who fell backwards, hit his head on the pavement and subsequently went into a coma.
